Krauss Kinnisvara

Aleksandr's career began at Tallinn University of Technology, where he studied construction. In the company, he handles all key strategic matters related to the organization, including setting goals, analyzing projects and selecting plots, investments, and recruiting personnel.

In his free time, Aleksandr engages in triathlon, participates in Ironman competitions, and enjoys paragliding, which he considers a form of meditation.

Mark has graduated from both Tallinn University of Technology and the Estonian Academy of Arts. Additionally, he has studied at universities in Austria and Finland.

Mark has work experience in leading architecture firms in Estonia, as a central district architect, and as the municipal architect of Saaremaa. He has received architectural awards both in Estonia and abroad. Mark is an artist at heart and a perfectionist by nature. At Krauss Kinnisvara, he is responsible for developing concepts for real estate development projects.

Aleksandr graduated from TalTech's Master's program in 2010. He started his career as a development project manager for energy facilities and then continued his career at the architecture bureau KOKO. Aleksandr values consistency, order, and organization in his work.

At Krauss Kinnisvara, Aleksandr is responsible for the company’s development projects. Colleagues appreciate Aleksandr for his sense of responsibility and responsiveness. Under Aleksandr's careful leadership, we have built Kalamaja Park Residence and Villardi Boutique House at Krauss.

Leonid started his journey in the construction industry in 2011. Before joining Krauss Kinnisvara, he honed his skills at companies such as Nordecon, Maru, and Enska. For Leonid, it is important that the work on the site runs smoothly and the result brings pleasure to all parties involved. Leonid believes that there is always a solution to every problem – this is the rule he lives by. In his free time, Leonid dedicates himself to poetry and singing.
