1. Booking

To book an apartment, a contract is signed with the buyer, followed by a prepayment of €3,000 to confirm the purchase interest. The booking period is up to 2 weeks.

2. Purchase agreement

A notarized purchase agreement is signed with the buyer, detailing the rights and obligations of both parties. Before signing the agreement, the buyer pays 20% of the total purchase price.

3. Property transfer agreement

Once the apartment is completed and accepted by the buyer, a notary will sign the property transfer agreement, by which the ownership of the apartment is fully transferred to the buyer. A mandatory condition for the transfer of rights is the payment of the remaining 80%.

The cost of the apartment includes:

  • The Savannah interior finishing package

  • A €2,000 gift card from Kraus Köögid

  • Connection to sewage and water systems

  • Connection to the electrical grid

  • The possibility of connecting to the telephone network and cable TV

  • Parking space

The price of the apartment does not include:

  • Notary fees and state duty (to be paid by the buyer)

  • Connection fees for telecommunication services, security companies, and cable TV

  • Furniture (bathroom, children's room, bedroom)

  • Hanging ceiling lights
