1. Booking

To book an apartment, a contract is signed with the buyer, followed by a prepayment of €3,000 to confirm the purchase interest. The booking period is up to 2 weeks.

2. Purchase agreement

A notarized purchase agreement is signed with the buyer, detailing the rights and obligations of both parties. Before signing the agreement, the buyer pays 20% of the total purchase price.

3. Property transfer agreement

Once the apartment is completed and accepted by the buyer, a notary will sign the property transfer agreement, by which the ownership of the apartment is fully transferred to the buyer. A mandatory condition for the transfer of rights is the payment of the remaining 80%.

The cost of the apartment includes:

A €2,000 gift card from Kraus Köögid
Connection to sewage and water systems
Connection to the electrical grid
The possibility of connecting to the telephone network and cable TV
Parking space

The price of the apartment does not include:

Notary fees and state duty (to be paid by the buyer)
Connection fees for telecommunication services, security companies, and cable TV
Furniture (bathroom, children's room, bedroom)
Hanging ceiling lights
